The vines are about where born, aged between 15 and 25 years of Variety par excellence in the area, the Tempranillo.
The harvest of 2014, rated as Very Good by the Regulatory Council, but Early was very balanced, with plenty of excellent quality thanks to the magnificent September.
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimum ripeness and the vinification is by gravity in small tanks transported by cranes to prevent hoses and pumps. Make a pre-fermentation maceration cold cuts. Then, in a gradual increase of temperature, the wine ferments in espontàniata. At the end, the wine is transferred to barrels where malolactic fermentation also take place spontaneously and subsequent aging of 4 months.
The first barrels are used 75% American oak and 25% French oak, new.

In the light cherry color with crimson trim upper middle layer. Clean, fast and very bright glass with tears rapid formation of a little colorful.
The nose is fragrant and fresh, with a heavy load of fruit, especially fresh red fruit accompanied by notes of licorice and subtle floral scents. It also shows a mineral, slightly spicy with balsamic That completes and accompanies perfectly.
