Pale yellow color with lime tones.

The nose is dominated by green apple notes on a tropical background with touches of apricot and peach.

The palate is fresh, with a marked and persistent acidity. Refreshing and sparkling finish, fruit of the residual carbonic fermentation. Its fresh and cheerful character makes it a highly recommended wine for fish, pasta and rice dishes. Especially recommended for all kinds of tempura and fried foods. Ideal for tapas and appetizers.
